Getting around
Corte has four places, always one tap away: Today, Cards, Review and Settings.
- On a phone, they’re in a bar along the bottom of the screen.
- On a tablet, an unfolded foldable or a wide window, they’re in a column on the left.
The bar moves when the window changes size, for example when you rotate a tablet or use split screen. You stay on the same place, and nothing you were doing is lost.
The bar stays in view when you open something inside a place, such as Add card or Account, so you can switch place at any time. Each place remembers where you were in it.
On a wide window
Section titled “On a wide window”When the window is wide enough (about 840 points, such as a tablet held sideways or an unfolded foldable), Cards, Review and Settings show their list on the left and what you open on the right. The row you opened is highlighted, and the right side says “Select a card”, “Select an item to check” or “Select a setting” until you choose one. Today shows a timeline beside what to pay: see Today.
If the window gets narrower, the list and the page you were on become one screen again, and you stay on the same page.
After you sign in, Corte opens Today.
What to pay, and on which payday, for every card. See Today.
Your cards, and the way to add one or upload a statement. See Cards.
Review
Section titled “Review”What needs a check: files Corte couldn’t settle, and statements read by AI that wait for you to confirm them. The tab shows how many in a small box. See Review.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Your account, security, paydays and the other settings, in four groups. See Settings.
Why are my uploaded statements in Review?
Section titled “Why are my uploaded statements in Review?”A statement goes to Review when Corte couldn’t confirm its figures, or when none of your cards matches it. Corte matches a statement to a card by the card’s last 4 digits and currency, so add the card with its last 4 digits as the statement prints them. Corte reads the waiting statements again as soon as you add or change a card. Your files are kept in your account, encrypted.
