Delete all data

Delete all data removes everything you’ve put in Corte, right away, and keeps your account. You stay signed in and can start again.

The screen lists what it removes, now:

  • Your cards, statements and transactions
  • Payments, plans and paydays
  • Mailboxes and uploaded files
  • Notifications

What stays: your account, how you sign in, and the devices you’re signed in on. This can’t be undone.

  1. Tap Settings, then Account, then Delete all data.
  2. Read the list. If you want a copy of your data first, tap Export my data first (see Export my data). Then tap Delete all data.
  3. Confirm it’s you:
    • If you sign in with an email and password, enter it under Password for your email and tap Confirm.
    • If you sign in with Apple or Google and signed in more than a few minutes ago, Corte asks you to sign in again: “To delete all your data, sign in again.” Tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google, and choose the same account. Corte checks it against your account and doesn’t sign you in again or create anything. If you signed in recently, Corte doesn’t ask.
  4. Corte shows “Deleting your data” with what it is removing: Statements and transactions, Cards and plans and Settings. Then it opens Cards, which reads “All your data was deleted.”

Corte also sends you an email to confirm it.

Your other signed-in devices stay signed in. The next time they reach Corte, they clear what they had loaded and show your empty account.

Message What to do
